By downloading, installing, or using the “SuwaRaksha” mobile application (“the App”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not consent to these terms, please refrain from using the App.

The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the App for their internal business operations.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, related to the App, remain the property of ICP Technologies. The client shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.

The client may choose to engage in a separate support and maintenance agreement with ICP Technologies, outlining the terms, response times, and fees for technical assistance, updates, and bug fixes.

ICP Technologies takes full measures within its capacity to protect client data through the implementation of industry standard security protocols and measures. However, it is the responsibility of the client to safeguard the security and confidentiality of the account credentials of the various user roles it manages and as such must take the responsibility in ensuring that such information is only distributed to trusted parties. Any breach in data security that occurs due to the failure to safeguard account information will be the responsibility of the client.

The client retains ownership of all data uploaded and processed using the App. ICP Technologies does not claim any rights to client data.

The client agrees to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes but is not limited to privacy regulations and data protection requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ICP Technologies shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from the use of the App.

Either party may terminate the software license agreement with written notice in case of a material breach. Upon termination, the client must cease all use of the software and destroy any copies in their possession.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information exchanged during the course of the agreement, including proprietary software features, business practices, and financial details.

ICP Technologies may release periodic updates or upgrades to the App. The client is encouraged to install these updates to ensure optimal performance, security, and compatibility.

The client may request customization or modification of the software to suit their specific needs. Any such customizations or modifications may be subject to additional fees and terms, as agreed upon separately.

ICP Technologies will provide training sessions and documentation to assist the client in using the software effectively.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the App is compatible with their existing IT infrastructure, hardware, and other software systems. Integration with other systems may require additional development efforts.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold ICP Technologies harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the client's use of the software or any breach of this agreement.

The App may include third-party components, libraries, or open-source software. The terms and conditions of these components may apply in addition to this agreement.

In the case of critical issues affecting the software's functionality, the client may contact ICP Technologies for emergency support outside regular support hours. Additional fees may apply for such services.
